    Former Coast Guard Lieutenant Stephen Ulmer, now a church pastor in Shoreline, was awarded the Silver Star and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry for his service.  Little did he know that he'd reunite with his Vietnamese liaison officer 50 years later, or that the two had been living 30 minutes apart!  You'll want to read MORE in this article from the Shoreline Area News.
