    November 18, 2022

Notification: Naval Station Everett Exercises November 22 and 29

Naval Station Everett will be conducting training exercises at the Everett main base on two days: Tuesday, Nov. 22 and Tuesday, Nov. 29. Exercise activities are scheduled to occur between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Gate closures may occur intermittently on Nov. 22 at the North gate.

No gate closures are planned on Nov. 29.

On both exercise days, those nearby may hear mass warning announcements and blank rounds simulating gunfire.

On Nov. 29, there may also be active emergency response vehicles around the base.

The Navy regularly conducts training exercises to maintain and improve security and emergency response qualifications. These exercises help prepare for a real emergency and enhance coordination with mutual aid partners.
